"We loved this hotel, very clean, modern; excellent hospitality personnel and it has a beautiful view without the crowds of Fira and Oia. I would recommend renting car, they have a parking lot in the hotel, yes you can go walking to Imerovigli, some 15 minutes but if you rent a car. But is not so close walking to Fira or Oia (although is next to the trail, I would recommend you only walking to Imerovigli… the views are in the hotel)"

"Horrible staff!!! The woman at the check in is a total witch!! She was rude, not helpful. They do not have an elevator or a bellman to carry your luggage up the stairs. The staircase is marble and doesn’t have a rail, not safe when carrying luggage. The location is good but that’s about it. Oh, they did have a lifeguard at the pool (which was empty). Not worth the money at all. "

"First day we arrived, there was no hot water. Called the reception but they didn't help really with it. As for the rest of our stay, it was really good."
