"Pool area was next to front door , front door was broken and open ! Made for a cold Walk to Luke warm hot tub . Lady who runs the breakfast room was mumbling people are pigs she close 10 min early and would not let me grab a juice . I complained to front desk , she should not be treating people that way . Very rude "

"The Woodstock Inn & Resort is the quintessential New England inn. Walk in the lobby and you are greeted by a large warm fire. The staff at all levels were gracious and helpful. The room was large, well decorated and extremely comfortable. Great location to walk downtown even with single digit temperatures. The shops were expensive but worth browsing & buying. "

"Safe and clean property. Nicely renovated bathrooms. It would have been nice to have a couch or somewhere to lounge after a day of skiing but it was a solid place at a good price point. "
