"We rented all three houses for 12 people, which worked very well. The grounds and the area are typically Tuscan, very charming and beautiful. The propertymanager is very helpful and available. The poolarea is particularly nice and the teenagers spent all day there :-) Nearby you’ll find Lucca, winetasting, hiking and many other activities. Highly recommendable."

"Unbelievably stunning setting. You will need to be a confident driver to manage the roads up to the house as the roads are steep and winding as you would expect in Tuscany. The smell of Jasmine and the natural peaceful surrounding beauty is amazing. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed a bbq too. We loved the little lizards, flamboyant butterflies and stargazing at night. There is a great cafe about 29 minutes walking up the hill with a lovely atmosphere and a small local shop to get essentials...

"Lovely property. Deep in the mountains of Tuscany. No air con needed as very cool in the house. Houses great really big and completely private. All the sounds you hear is running water and the birds. As we had been travelling from early morning it would have been nice if there had been a welcome pack with a few essentials as we were all so tired and the nearest supermarket was 20minutes away. "We had a fantastic week at Andrea's house with 5 families. The house is perfect for this situation, because it's split up into multiple "units". So enough privacy when you want it. The location is fantastic, at the end of a little dirt road and with no neighbours in sight. Fantastic pool, beautiful garden for the kids to have adventures in. At night, deer come to visit, as well as many other smaller animals. In short: an absolute delight with a super friendly host! "

"Luca is a very hospitable and friendly host! The house is exactly as in the pictures with a private entry gate and parking. The jacuzzi is heated and very relaxing. "We had a fabulous three weeks at Villa Cavani. The location and views were stunning and we absolutely loved the pool (which was amazing), outside kitchen and outside eating area. "We had a wonderful 3 week stay with 8 adults and later 8 adults and 2 children. The property was as depicted with well maintained pool and yard, outdoor dining area, well equipped kitchen. It is on 3 levels with connecting spiral staircase plus a loft. Sarah was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive.
