City Mills is somewhat out of the way and requires a drive to get to uptown. I would have preferred being able to walk out of the hotel and head to restaurants, etc. But that’s our fault. "The staff person upon arrival was so sweet and helpful. I had surgery that day and couldn't walk and needed a wheelchair. The receptionist provided me with one and also helped me and my mother upstairs to our room with our luggage. The receptionist that came on after her was not so accommodating. We needed another blanket and extra pillow and she informed that we would have to come down to the receptionist desk to get it. I had to tell her that I couldn't walk and my mother was elderly. She...
