"I forgot my wallet and did not have my credit card. The lovely front desk person worked with me to get me into my reserved room. Best deal in Brainerd area. I have stayed a few times and each time, it meets my needs, wants and expectations. The staff is friendly, the breakfast bar is well stocked and the rooms are clean"

"The staff is so friendly and willing to help! The young woman who checked us in last night was so welcoming, and today she is cleaning rooms and was such a breath of fresh air!"

"The building overall seems nice, and the gentleman who checked us in was super nice. Our room feels comfortable, however there is a big gap between our door and frame so light and noise are coming through the door to the hallway. There is also quite a bit of mold growing the the shower. If I were staying longer than one night I would be requesting a new room."
