Excelente servicio. El staff fue muy amable, limpio y bien localizado el hotel. Desafortunadamente la habitación si necesita mucha mejoría, el baño no tiene puerta y esto crea un reguero de agua por todo lado, y en el techo tienen varias claraboyas q hacen la habitación super caliente cuando hay sol, la luz es tan intensa que no puedes dormir ni en el dia ni en la noche. El sol o la luna te da en la cara. Y te obliga a levantarte antes del amanecer porque la luz es demasiado intensa. Si vas hacer una siesta o quieres descansar, prácticamente necesitas bloqueador para acostarte en la cama.

The only redeeming quality of this place is that the staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. The photos on the site are very deceiving and are staged. The bathrooms are not as nice as pictured. There are many things wrong like not being able to get hot water in the sink. Quick fixes to sinks and showers. I had two different rooms since I came back after my Inca Trail trek. The first room smelled of urine coming from the bathroom. It was very small with not a lot of room to move around or put your things in. The second room the bathroom was better but the shower curtain wasn’t long enough and the floor would get wet. The sheets feel like paper and the pillows were not very comfortable. At night, it is so cold. Luckily, you can ask for a room heater but it doesn’t warm up the room as much as you’d like. The location is great but I would not recommend staying here if comfort is something important to you.

The hotel is great, would stay again. Fantastic location walkable to the central square, staff was super helpful and courteous. Beds are very firm, hot water went in and out at times.

Great stay
Staff extremely helpful and friendly (except male receptionist who received us on our arrival after midnight, and whose attitude reminded us of political officer of communist Soviet Union. During our second state later in March we only saw him once, so we felt better. The rest of staff was very friendly, helpful, respectful, and full of smiles every time we interacted with them. Great location, clean, comfortable, and with Smart TV room. Thank you.

Ok, maar niet zo Boutique…
Prima locatie nabij Plaza de Armas. Goede ontvangst. Goed ontbijt. Kamer viel beetje tegen. Alles hoger dan 1.80 meter was niet schoon. Boekten met uitzicht op de stad, maar was dat niet. Van een hotel met Boutique in de naam verwacht je meer, zeker ook gezien de prijs. Ok erblijf, maar prijs-kwaliteit viel beetje tegen.

Terrivel! O hotel tinha problemas com fornecimento de agua quente. No primeiro dia abri o chuveiro e nao saia agua quente. Chamei o pessoal da recepção e eles tiveram que mexer nos aquecedores para funcionar. No segundo dia, cheguei bem tarde no hotel e não tinha agua nenhuma (nem quente nem fria) no meu quarto. Acionei a recepção e me disponibilizaram uma outra suite apenas para tomar banho. Me propuseram trocar de quarto, mas no novo tinha um cheiro insuportável. Preferi manter minha suite atual. No terceiro dia, tinha agua quente, mas ao final do banho ela acabou. Por sorte ja tinha terminado meu banho. Este hotel precisa fechar para uma reforma urgente. Tinha vazamento de agua no vaso sanitario e na pia.

O hotel é maravilhoso! Bem aconchegante! Chegamos e já fomos muito bem recebidos e servidos com chá de coca. Tem um jardim lindo para fazer fotos com roupas temáticas e descasar desfrutando um chá quente. O café da manhã é maravilhoso.

Très bien situé, près de tout. Personnel vraiment aimable et professionnel, nous aide pour nos démarches et très attentionné. Les chambres son propres et nettoyées tous les jours. Déjeuners de base inclus, on ne maque de rien. Jai retournerais sans problème !

Ambiente desconfortável, antiquado e pouco limpo
As instalações são ruins e as camas desconfortáveis. Não me senti à vontade no ambiente por conta da falta de limpeza. Chegamos e nos levaram a um quarto com um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, pedimos por outra acomodação e nos levaram a uma em que haviam cabelos em meu lençol quando fui me deitar. Os lençóis e toalhas eram manchados também, o que não dava boa impressão de limpeza. Uma das toalhas estava suja e solicitei troca. A toalha de mão tinha no máximo 10x10 cm e ficou encharcada após pouco uso. No ambiente haviam degraus, inclusive uma mureta para chegar no box, por isso não recomendo para idosos. Minha esposa chegou a se acidentar no banheiro ao entrar no box. A privada também tinha peças soltas que deixavam o uso perigoso e desconfortável. O atendimento foi OK e o café da manhã razoável. A localização é boa, bem próximo à Praça das Armas.
