It was in a really convenient location and was very reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful and let us store our luggage there on our last day as we had a night flight out of Cusco. The internet was blazing fast! Please note that there was a little bit of confusion as the front desk staff indicated that they don't work with Expedia anymore? Initially they didn't have confirmation of our reservation. As we were checking out, we were again about how we made our reservation. They indicated that they don't receive payment from Expedia. They were very nice about it (they didn't ask us for more money) but I would recommend booking this property through other channels.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
A bad place to stay. Seriously.
Pros: well located. An ok breakfast included with free tea anytime. Cons: we had room 6 and 5 (personally room 6). Let me start by saying that the room has no windows. Or rather, the only window it has, enables you to see what's going on in room 5 (this is not a joke). Room 5 has curtains to this window, but room 6 doesn't. Which means, room 5 can take a peek in room 6 anytime they want. Both rooms have the bathrooms inside the room (without proper walls). Which makes them super humid. Another thing is the restaurant just above room 6. They do dance battles with super loud music until 12 am. So forget about sleeping before that, it's impossible. Also, our unused towels disappeared randomly and we had to ask for more (weird). The owner is kinda nice, aside from the incident where she took our beers from the common area fridge and put them on sell in her store. They were in a plastic bag and we left them there for 1 day... We saw at least 2 couples leave and book somewhere else. At the end of our 4 day stay, we booked elsewhere too for the rest of our stay in Cusco. If you really book with them, which I really don't recommend, avoid rooms 5 and 6 at all costs.
