"Conveniently located right in the famous South Jakarta city central and inside one of the biggest malls there (Pondok Indah Mall). It was so easy to do some shopping (or window shopping) and find great food selections. Not to mention, the hotel staff were excellent. They were so friendly and helpful, and they even prepared to go breakfast for us before we took off to the airport for Bali. It’s just the epitome of excellent hospitality and customer service. "This was a great place if you are going into or out of the airport. Service was incredible, the room was great and food was also wonderful. There is not much around the hotel at all! We were able to ask at the front desk about getting a driver for the day for a 5 to 6 hour tour around Jakarta and that was wonderful! Highly recommended!"
