The entire staff was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome . They arranged tours for us and helped with dinner reservations. "Overall the stay was good and relaxing. The beach is not as portrayed, it was grubby and overcrowded, the sea was clean clear water. The food choices at both breakfast and dinner were varied and good, however hot options were never hot at best tepid. The bar was very good, but the music was very loud and not to everyone’s taste; it was difficult to sit quietly and read or hold a conversation. The pool area was excellent and the spa was good . "We had problems with the AC and couldn't sleep well. However, the next day the manager moved us to a much better room. Although there were no activities for kids (most of the clients were families traveling with kids), the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and new. The food was really good, and the server Simone was so helpful and friendly that it made our stay incredible!"
