The hotel is new, so all is in prefect condition, reception team speaks English, very friendly, so no problem to address any questions/concerns. Restaurant is great with high quality food and unique dish options. The only wish - it would be good to have dishes from the restaurant as part of room service, the menu for room service is different and not that impressive.

O café da manhã do hotel é no sistema a la carte, com um cardápio somente em inglês, um tanto confuso. Se não bastasse isso, o atendimento no café da manhã não foi bom, demoraram pra me atender, tive que chamar o garçom, não trouxeram meu pedido completo, pedi novamente e não fui atendinda, enfim... acabei não tomando café da manhã direito

Incrível. Atendimento cordial e pró ativo. Piscina no bar do hotel um show a parte. Vista sensacional. Comemos em todos os bares (2o andar e rooftop), e nos restaurante várias vezes. Todo cardápio do hotel - até o rim Service; escolhido pela famosa chef Manu Bufara. Simplesmente incrível a suíte, o hotel e a comida. Voltaremos em breve!!!

Estadia maravilhosa. Mimo com pétit four no quarto. O restaurante está em processo de mudança e no momento está com uma proposta de alta gastronomia. O preço era acessível para o que oferecia, porém, talvez seria interessante uma opção mais popular no jantar para os desavisados. Ainda assim as comidas tanto do jantar quanto do café da manhã impressionavam tanto pelo sabor quanto pela apresentação. A equipe do restaurante, da recepção e camareiras foram todos atenciosos e solícitos.

O hotel é bom, mas pode melhorar
O hotel é muito bom, mas achamos que falta para entregar o que propõe e justificar o valor. Alguns pontos negativos: O hotel permitiu uma festa na área da piscina que durou praticamente o dia inteiro, o que foi um pouco inconveniente para um feriado (alta temporada). Além disso, apesar de não ter um impedimento, não me senti confortável de frequentar o ambiente, já que havia um fotógrafo do evento, invadindo a privacidade dos hóspedes. Tanto é que não haviam outros hospedes no espaço no dia da festa. O mesmo ocorreu com o rooftop. Os funcionários até foram prestativos de indicar o bar e fazer propaganda da vista panorâmica, mas não conseguimos acesso em nenhum dia, já que o ambiente passou todas as 3 diárias em preparação para outro evento. Isso atrapalhou bastante nossa estadia nos dias em que a intenção era desfrutar do hotel (ainda mais se considerarmos a alta tarifa em razão do feriado). O ar condicionado não dá vencimento ao sol da tarde. Passamos muito calor nos 2 primeiros dias. A organização da arrumação do quarto poderia ser melhor também. Entramos na quinta e a primeira arrumação do quarto foi no sábado. Por diversas vezes saímos por mais de 5 horas, mas na volta o quarto não estava arrumado (embora com o pedido pendurado na porta). A recepção até ligou no final do dia questionando se queria a arrumação, mas já não fazia mais sentido, já que estávamos no quarto de volta. No mais, a roupa de cama tem uma qualidade excelente e os funcionários são prestativos.
