"Fab location,majority of staff were pleasant.Property while fine,could really do with a bit of a revamp/renovation.strange system of having to sign random receipts even when all-inclusive(no bands?).Request if a late check out from 11am-2pm was met with a ‘nominal charge’ of 110€,even though we were already entitled to all inclusive until 3pm (and property was certainly less than 50% occupied),really let them down imo,and wouldn’t endear me to book again I’m afraid "

"The property is stunning. However, more training is needed for the staff. Ordered food from one of the pool bars and after an hour, my food never arrived. The remote in my room didnt work, i requested service, it never came. I asked for menus to the restaurants to determine where to go for dinner and no one could get this information for me. So, with some training, this has the potential to be a 5 star resort"

"Everything was perfect except miss sheetal at the reception lacks customer service skills. I was a resident of the hotel for 2 nights and on my last night at the hotel my elderly parents who cannot walk comfortably, i decided to accompany them to their room. "The location is great and the entire property setting is beautiful. The rooms are nice and we had a lagoon room which feels even more private. The Japanese restaurant is very nice, overall the food is good. It’s still one of the great resorts in the Indian Ocean. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the villa, the photos don’t do it justice, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need. The outdoor area is very large with beautiful views of the bay and the location is convenient to travel the island. Hosts and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend."

"I had an amazing stay. The service level was very high throughout. Excellent rooms with everything you need, clean and well designed. I went on two trips, but otherwise stayed at the hotel. Was worried before my trip if I’d get bored, but there was plenty to do, the food selection was plenty (6 restaurants) and the view, beach and garden were absolutely stunning. Only minor hiccup was the WiFi connection outside the lobby area wasn’t the best. I bought an eSIM and that solved it. Amazing hike in mount Le Morne 20 min walk away. "
