"The room was clean and spacious with a balcony and a beautiful view of the Alps. On the ground floor, there is a small pizzeria with a very good pizza. There is no reception there so make sure you do your check-in beforehand in order to get a password for the key locker. We did not receive any links from hotels.com but the owner replied quickly on WhatsApp and sent us the code while we were standing in front of the entrance. "This place looks way better live than on the photos, it definitely exceeded my expectations. It is handy as it is located only 10min walk from the airport. However, keep in mind that the entrance is right on the busy road so if there was no airport nearby, the location itself wouldn't be the best. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Everything is very clean and practical and you get some snacks and tea. There is a kitchen that can be used and each room has its own external bathroom. Self check-in....

Just what we wanted

"The hotel is so conveniently located that we as many others, were able to walk from the airoport to the hotel in a short time. The receptionist was friendly and professional and gave us very good recommendations. We had a nice dinner at their cute restaurant and booked a shuttle for the next day very early flight. The hotel is modern with a very pleasant design, and very clean. The room was spacious with a big and comfortable bed and windows to a nice courtyard. The bathroom was also very nice. The next time we are flying from Orio al Serio to any destination we will for sure book a room at the NH hotel."
