"Check in was a nightmare. Family was supposed to meet host at airport with a cot - but he was no where to be found. Directions to villa were very scattered but finally arrived met by housekeeper and shown around the villa. It was old and in need of some updating but very comfortable for our party of 10. Beds and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely although it was still warm enough to swim in the sea. All in all a wonderful holiday."

"Beyond expectations, location, location, location of course with that front row seat view of Etna across the bay but the property itself was much larger than expected from the photos. Lots of outdoor and indoor space well designed clean bright and airy. The host was very easy to work with and the whole process was seamless. "

Salvo was always available for any guidance (local restaurants, places to visit) and support (transfer from/to airport and transport for visiting attractions). "We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would recommend it to others. The house is in a peaceful, secluded location, overlooking countryside to the coast, and (unlike many listings) the pool really is as big as it looks in the photos, and well maintained. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds and lockable doors, and the air conditioning is very efficient.
