After complaining we did appreciate getting a partial refund from the host. The money that was not returned was VRBO’s portion and I plan to argue for that too. "I would recommend this property over and over again! Absolutely stunning inside and out, location is very convenient for heading into town for some food/drinks but it’s equally such a lovely place that leaving it to head out was a nice dilemma to have! Spa area was top spec and the hot tub is massive! Host very friendly and great communication. "

"Our family of six (2 parents, 2 students, 2 grandparents) stayed here for a week in late May on our recent trip to Scotland. It was a most delightful and convenient place for our needs. Super cute home with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and steps away from a convenience store.
