"Perfect in every way. Ideal location for exploring York. 10 min walk to access walk around the wall. Wonderful warm and courteous welcome from Noah on arrival at the property and personal send off when key handed in.Comfortable warm bed. Slept like a log. Both room and en suite clean and wecoming. Tea and coffee making facilities available as well as use of a kitchen and small dining table. Cosy atmosphere just to have coffee and relax before retiring to your room. Overnight parking outside...

"The studio room we stayed in was lovely and cosy. Everything felt very high-end from the decor to the coffee machine. There wasn’t one thing I’d change. The free parking at the back of the building was an added bonus too. It was the perfect base to explore Harrogate Centre, 5 minute walk and you’re in the centre. Totally recommend this place and very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. "

Walls not sound proof so spent the night listening to a neighbour snoring unfortunately but very comfortable bed. Carpet was vacuumed but could do with a shampoo. Excellent breakfast. "A great place to stay, clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed for the one night of our stay. Lovely served breakfast by a really pleasant girl who was on her own but remained calm and efficient under pressure. Two small criticisms,couldn’t find plain old terrestrial tv but everything else available and the “garden room” we booked turned out to be the front garden on to the main road.
