"This hotel is perfect for a night or two. We will definitely stay again. No frills but it has everything you want in a room. A comfortable bed, spacious, spotlessly clean, air conditioning. Be aware however Expedia says check in at 2.30. That’s not the case. You need to check in before 2pm as reception is not 24hrs and it closes at 2 then reopens at 5pm until ? Sorry can’t remember. "

"I booked this property but I was assigned by the front desk to the sister property across the street. Hotel Playa because supposedly it was quieter. El Flamenco seems to attract young, loud, party oriented travelers. This is a family owned group of properties including a restaurant. "I liked it was very clean. I hated the toiletries were packets. They had A/C but the heating didn't work. They have no staff to man the Hostel, so you do it through the bar/restaurant downstairs. The guys were nice were but there were a ton of people having a party outside and the restaurant was super full. They're understaffed and I had to fight to get the bartenders' attention to check in, then he went to get someone who gave me a key and waved me away. I had to return to asked for the wifi....
