"Excellent property overlooking the bay, nice and roomy, well equipped, very comfortable. Two small issues. First of all there were two key boxes, I found the 1st one which was old and didn't work, had to xall the property manager at 12:30 AM to find the main key box and gain access to the property. Second issue was the old sink in the bathroom with separate cold and hot faucets which wastes a lot of water and is practically unusable. Water is either boiling hot or ice cold. Kitchen utensils were also very old and used, and the front lawn was flooded with kangaroo poo. The screen doors for the front porch were also broken unfortunately. Other than these small issues, everything else was excellent, especially the location. "

"We felt incredibly welcomed to this property as a family with a small child and a big dog. It’s the first holiday house we’ve been to where they have everything including a cot, prams, high chair, baby toys and baby books. They even had kid friendly crockery, safety locks on kitchen drawers a stool for kids to stand on for the basin and baby gate around the fireplace! Dog wise it was just as friendly, back yard is fully enclosed without any gaps, there was a very large crate under the verandah as well as a dog house if that’s what your pup prefers. For us we only needed to use the main bedroom, but both that and the lounge appeared to have been recently painted with newish carpet on the bedroom floor. Some of the other rooms are obviously next in line for a refresh, but they were all very clean and functional. We felt at home. We loved being able to have meals either inside or outside (both with big tables) and the deck could be closed off to the stairs to keep it toddler safe. Contact with the property manager was easy as well, with very prompt replies to the few questions that we had.Overall an excellent stay in Coffin Bay, we would be very happy to return if we’re ever in the area again!"

"Gorgeous place to stay! The house and garden areas are beautifully maintained. The house is very comfortable and you drift into holiday mode as soon as you walk in. Greg is wonderful, an absolutely incredible host. There are kayaks and a paddle board for use which is perfect for this stunning bay with its crystal clear waters. Walk in, sit back and enjoy the views, the pelicans that come right up to you hoping you have fish to give them, the dolphins that are in the bay daily, the kangaroos that come on to the lawns, the emus that wander through and enjoy pats with Herbie, the local Labrador who takes himself for walks and visits the shacks. We absolutely loved this place! "
