"We had 5 nights at this property - it was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and the apartment itself had everything one might expect. The reason why we cannot give it 5* is the Spa. We paid extra for the Spa and although we enjoyed a big discount (which was offered on arrival), we did not expect to have to pay extra for the sauna, which was in the Spa block. "We loved our stay at the property. The view from our unit was breathtaking. The pool was perfect for us and enjoyed it a lot. The property is close to a really nice walk/hike. But it’s uphill so we used the car to go to the beach and town area. Nice quiet center place to visit Altea and Benidorm. Would come back for a longer stay for sure."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at Albir Palace the apartment was large and had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. The apartment and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean . Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be booking again for next year . "

"We’ve stayed at this property multiple times before the ‘upgrade’. The location is excellent, the apartments are a great size and have a fantastic cafe bar underneath (locally owned). The upgrade is much fresher than it was, however, not like the pictures the quality of the finish is poor. Lovely comfortable apartments though. Falsely advertised the use of the Dynastic facilities, this was blamed on expedia and resolution solved with Dynastic hotel. Receptionists came across as rude, but perhaps...
