"We had 5 nights at this property - it was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and the apartment itself had everything one might expect. The reason why we cannot give it 5* is the Spa. We paid extra for the Spa and although we enjoyed a big discount (which was offered on arrival), we did not expect to have to pay extra for the sauna, which was in the Spa block. "All very good , apart that there was no Internet wnhen it stated it on the apartment information. I asked why at reception they said they where updating a new contract. Not to happy with that as it was included."

"We’ve stayed at this property multiple times before the ‘upgrade’. The location is excellent, the apartments are a great size and have a fantastic cafe bar underneath (locally owned). The upgrade is much fresher than it was, however, not like the pictures the quality of the finish is poor. Lovely comfortable apartments though. Falsely advertised the use of the Dynastic facilities, this was blamed on expedia and resolution solved with Dynastic hotel. Receptionists came across as rude, but perhaps...
