"We enjoyed the hotel. We enjoyed the town. We were here to meet family and did accomplish everything we set out to do. Crystal, who is your manager? There was unbelievably kind to us very professional. We had a problem with next-door neighbors last night with a child and also extremely loud talking by the woman on a telephone. Crystal understood the problem and totally gave us credit for our room and was very understanding and very kind. We always stay at Holiday Inn. We love staying at the Holiday Inn expresses and are so appreciative of how grateful we were treated by Crystal. She is an exceptional employee manager And we feel that we were fully compensated for what happened last night. Thank you so much for having Crystal there to help us this morning as we checked out. "

"great amenities. Very comfortable, clean and friendly. Omly 2 small complaints: asked for wake-up call' never got it I was awake anyways so it did not matter but I did need to be on the road on time so if I wasn't awake, it would have been a big problem for making my meeting on time. No fruit except apples and oranges at breakfast - no bananas or chunk fruit"
