The house is located just enough outside the busy areas that we were really able to get the feel of living n the French countryside. Georges meet us at the house and explained everything in fine detail. Parking located right across the road from the house. "We needed 3 beds and 3 baths which this property provided. However, you MUST be able to navigate many stairs. A flight to get to the door, and 3 additional flights with a bedroom/bath on each floor and one floor being the kitchen/living space. The stairs are beautiful, period (15th) century stone - narrow and winding. We enjoyed the free exercise, but would be difficult if you couldn’t manage the stairs, especially with luggage. Location is perfection and accommodations were very clean. "

"Stayed here with my brother for three nights, while visiting the Normandy/D-Day beaches. Very close to Omaha beach and its various features. If you’re not there for the beaches, it’s also a good location in terms of road access to Bayeux and Arromamches-Sur-Mer if you have a car, but not sure about public transport. The property itself is lovely, a mix of historic feel and location, but modern facilities and accommodation. We self-catered and found everything we needed. Superb, thank you! "

"The property is quite well located. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. The bathroom is very small especially the shower that only had a curtain and you had to be very careful not to get overspill onto the floor. The bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom toilet was downstairs which wasn`t the most convenient layout."

"We enjoyed the relaxing location just outside Le Molay Littry. It's 50mins from Caen in countryside like Cornwall, but without the people! We weren't aware it's right next to a cow farm but they weren't a bother, but there are a lot of flies,which we got used to. The house is a little sparsely furnished but spacious. "Had a fantastic week in cabourg. The gite was clean, modern and well appointed. Centrally located to the beach and bars and restaurants. Loved cabourg itself, with the long beach/promenade. Dogs allowed on beach before 10 and after 7. Owners stayed next door, there to meet us and to chat to during week. Thanks for the cider 🍏. Would recommend and visit again. Thank you"

"We booked Ornella’s house to use it as a home base while we explored the D-Day landing beaches and Mont St. Michel. We stayed for 3 nights in March 2023. The main floor is one large and comfortably furnished room with the kitchen, living and dining rooms. There is plenty of natural light that brightens the room during the day. Street noise was minimal. There is a 2-piece washroom off the kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked perfectly. The washing machine and drying...

"A great place to stay. Close enough to the (amazing) beach that if you forget something it's no hassle to pop back and grab it. Really good location for accessing loads of WW2 sites (for when you have a WW2 obsessed teenager!), and some really good cycling routes nearby. Highly recommend, and will re-book if staying in the area again."

"The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."
