"A very historic building to stay in! Friendly staff throughout and very clean. The only problem was that the pool was advertised as being open year round, only to find out it's closed during the winter months. "

"Love the location and the view"

"Not alot of options in Digby for overnight accomodations, however The Admiral Inn has been our go to on our trip to Digby. Room was clean, quiet with a balcony to sit out on. We checked in a little later in the evening with a reservation and it was fast and efficient. Will be back."

"It is a lovely older structure that is very well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would return in a heartbeat."

"I love a good B&B, and this one was great! Great view, great amenities and home environment, and great service! AND, it was in a great location to walk around the harbor and quaint village strip of Digby. They were also super flexible when we had to change our plans due to a cancelled ferry and switched our stay from the end of the trip to the beginning, so I give them extra stars for staff and service. "

"This could be the best B&B that you could stay at. The historic home has lots of character and charm. All rooms are very clean and common areas are welcoming. The owners are very nice and really do care about your stay. If you want to stay in Annapolis Royal make this your first choice for accommodation. Highly recommend and will stay again."

"The cottage was an excellent place for our base in the Digby area. Very clean and with a great lay out for 2 couples. The view is amazing and we found it hard to tear ourselves away to visit Digby and Annapolis Royal. Our host greeted us and showed us around the cottage and was able to give us lots of information about the location and surrounding area. The land the lodge and cottages are on was lovely to walk around and there was even a beach area to explore. "

"Lovely decor with comfortable beds. Wonderful home cooked breakfast of waffles bacon fresh fruit and boiled egg one morning and lovely omelet with croissants and homemade jam the other morning!! Art and Martha were delightful hosts. Will return again if in the area."

"My Daughter came from Ontario with her boyfriend. They stayed in one of the suites that felt like you were in an apartment. Bedroom was a separate room with a TV. Two doors led to the bathroom. The living area was a separate room s well and had plenty of space. There were a table, chairs, couch, coffee table, two rocking chairs, kitchenette and all of the amenities as if your in your own home! What a delight! "This may well have been the best place we’ve rented yet! It was private with a gorgeous view of the bay, so morning coffee on the front porch provided amazing sights, smells & sounds of nature (including birds & wild flowers along with the bay itself). The home had everything you could possibly need or want, and it was so tastefully decorated and stocked. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this home."

"The room was quaint with lovely details and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a wonderful sleep. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in the dining room and they were both incredible meals! The staff also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We hope to come back in the warmer months!"

Great apartment

"The apartment was spacious but cozy at the same time. It was well located for exploring the area on foot and also driving. We appreciated the breakfast items that were thoughtfully provided. You can hear the family a little but you are staying in an apartment so that is to be expected. They were respectful of our privacy and quiet hours, we never heard a thing early in the morning or late in the evening. The host was flexible with our check in time which was very helpful.
