"Lovely clean home walkable to the zocalo along the walking street. We were met at the house upon arrival and everything was explained. Any requests we made during our stay were promptly dealt with. Exceptional views from the roof deck. Plenty of water for our needs. Very workable kitchen. Excellent experience!!!! "

"Lamentable situación con el contacto para renta de esta casa. Hubo un problema con el pago (por parte de la app), me comentaron que tenía que hacerlo por fuera de la app pero por temas personales no podía hacerlo cuando me dijeron, el banco tuvo temas con mi cuenta y me retrasaría más tiempo, a lo que el contacto me amenazó con “quemarme si no hacía el depósito a tiempo”. No lo recomiendo, además de que nunca dan la cara."

"It was a lovely home near the Alcalá, the pedestrian street that ends at the zocolo or main square. Near many places to visit and shop, very convenient location. The bedrooms are spacious. The colonial kitchen has modern appliances but isn’t set up well to do much cooking - easier to eat most meals out. Because it’s on a main street it was noisy, but that is to expected with its convenient location. Communication with Moises was easy and responsive. We enjoyed our stay"

"Overall, it was what we needed. We had some water issues at first, but the manager was very receptive and took care of the problem right away. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Only a short taxi ride to the center of town. We liked it!"

"Extremely home-like stay with incredibly responsive hosts. Kari - with generosity and ease of communication - helped me navigate an urgent task I needed to handle (with my less-than capable local language skills) and was proactive about giving us information about how to get around. "I'm going to leave a review that might seem very harsh, but the pro's for my friends and I (3), out weighed the con's. The location is FANTASTIC, there is an outstanding quesadilla stand outside the front door, the individual rooms can be locked, the 3 rooms we inhabited had AC and the price was right. "This property has the potential to be really fabulous. The space is beautiful and great location. However the male host Mateo, was very rude in an extremely misogynistic way. As a female who booked the room, the only time he addressed me instead of my fiance was if i was solo and when I paid him. He also was talking poorly about the femal employee who was actually extremely helpful calling her stupid to us. "We enjoyed our stay very much! It was an excellent location - very walkable to restaurants and attractions, but located in a well maintained area of town that was peaceful and quiet, even during the holiday week. The suite is nicely appointed and very comfortable. Our only disappointment was in not having enough pods to provide us with coffee each morning. I will definitely return and would select a room on the upper level next time for additional light. I highly recommend this property. "
