"Pleasant, comfortable, clean apartment, suitable for those with a car. 30 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Bus route nearby comes every 45 minutes. Given the relatively high cost we expected better quality bed linen and kitchen accessories. Cutlery flimsy and a minimum amount of crockery for 4 adults."

"This property is superb. The furniture and fixings are a little worn/ dated but there is plenty of equipment, cutlery crockery etc The roof terrace is definately its biggest asset. Its huge, well furnished, not overlooked and has great views over the coast and sea. Patrick the owner was happy to allow late check in and check out. There is a key safe on the door. I believe Patrick lives in Belguim but has maintenance and cleaners to look after the property. We got a little twitchy about check in...

"We had a lovely week in the apartment. The swimming pool was great and the pool bar food and drink was excellent, we used the pool bar a lot and would have really missed it if it wasn’t there. The supermarket at the top of the road was so useful, they had all the essentials and we got fresh pastries in the mornings. The Italian restaurant at the top of the road was great. The restaurants locally were all very good, a bit of a walk to the nearest town, but only a €5 ride back to the apartment...

"My wife and me had a wonderful stay at "Casa Magica" en La Guancha, Tenerife. Chantal is an adorable person and very concern about all details during your stay. Extremely and knowledgeable about the island. We felt like we were at home all the time.If we will get back to Tenerife again, we will not think twice; we will go to Casa Magica to stay there. "Tha apartment overlooks the sea and you can hear the waves crash below. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The grocery store is an easy 5 minute walk. The area has many nice places to eat and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It is a 15 minute walk into town where there are many more restaurants and shops. Lovely spot to walk around and the are many lovely cafes. Loved our 3 weeks here."

"The apartment is part of a well-cared for community. It has wonderful swimming pools and beautiful landscaping. It has easy access to the beach but has a very calm and peaceful feel to it. "Really nice place to stay in a great location. The apartments are lovely but you can tell room by room which ones have been modernised. Everything was lovely except the bathroom, really old and the showers were awful. Zero pressure and no hot water. Bath takes at least 30 minutes to fill up aswell. Television is absolutely pointless has 2 channels with weak signal and is about 20 years old. Aside this the whole apartment was absolutely lovely and a fantatsic size."

"The apartment was very well equipped. There was only 1 air con unit in the apartment which was in the bedroom-that was the only down side I can think of. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was huge. The area was very quiet at night. We always got a good spot by the pool late morning/early afternoon. The staff were all great and very helpful. Pool was a good temperature and inflatables were allowed at certain times. I would stay here again. "

"Upon arrival we were quite concerned about the outside roadworks however our concerns were unfounded due to the welcome we received by the Reception Team and the beautiful apartment that greeted us. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds and with a most amazing balcony and views. I’m sure next time we visit, the outside updating of roadworks will be complete and it will be better still. Great holiday and great value and great apartments/views. "
