"Very nice apartment with good amenities (pool & gym) A couple of annoying things are that they only provide 1 card, despite being 2 travelers; they don't have luggage storage despite saying they do in the website, you cannot use the pool or gym once you have checked out. The last 2 things were very annoying as we had a late flight and wanted to use the facilities"

"This was a beautifully maintained property with lovely employees who were very helpful. I loved the outdoor area to have my coffee and the ability to use the kitchen to cook meals. While my room was small I really only ever used it to sleep as México city had so much to see! The shower remained hot which was a real plus. The area was great as it was far enough away from the 24 hour noise of this huge bustling city. II will return!"

"only one chair in the room for 2 people. The room was not cleaned the whole time we stayed there, no change of towels (they are very strict on 2 per room and no more) etc. otherwise clean, comfortable bed, and we felt very safe. With fan on, traffic noise was muted. Overall not worth the price. A friend stayed at the Barcelo a few blocks away for 9 nights for the same price we paid for 4. Lesson learned."

"A couple of hours before the check in we received notification that the apt was no longer available and they moved us to another that was further. The person that was bringing the keys decided going somewhere else thus my family was standing outside the property for a while. We needed clean towels after three days and they said we had to tell them two days in advance. The service was mediocre. The property was fine. Clean and easy accessible by taxi or Uber. "This property was in an amazing local area & very walkable. It was not large but big enough for two people. It was very clean and had all you needed there. Some night time noise so I suggest you bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper."

"Location was lovely with lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance. We loved the seafood restaurant next door! Also easy to walk.to several of the nearby parks. The space was great for our fanily of 4. Each of my daughters had their own rooms. Communication with the property manager was great. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The space is in a apartment like building that had a check in space protected by door person. The obly criticisms i woild have are that the couch in the living space...

"Price and location - unbeatable! Comfort and amenities - very good! Check-in/check-out process - super easy. Sense of security - Perfect! Cleanliness - only lesser rating of the experience. Bathroom floor, walls and sealer around the tub were not clean. Also, apartment light switches. Apartment would benefit from a deep clean. "

"This apartment is stunning. Very beautiful with a lovely rooftop deck with hammock and sitting area. Getting to the apartment was seemless. Excellent instructions from the host and easy communication. Very clean and comfortable. Truly a home away from home. We look forward to staying here again. "

"This apartment is a great location. Walking distance to many places. We walked to the angel in 25 mins. We walked to El Centro, it took an hour but Mexico City has a lot going on and we were able to stop and enjoy the sites. Popular eateries are within walking distance, tacos Orinoco, panaderia Rosetta are a couple minute walk. There are many cafes near by. "Amazing stay. The listing is representative of the property in person. Would have loved for the bathrooms to be a bit cleaner as we could smell sewage each morning, but understand this may be more of a city problem than a property problem. Loved it here and would stay again"
