"The only mishap was the electronic entry did not work upon arrival but we were not delayed in gaining access. Host was accessible as needed. In addition, the fulltime tenant in adjoining rental keeps a close eye on things and is very friendly. Nothing to worry about inside as it has everything you need. We were not able to stay our full time and host was kind enough to credit for future. Bottom line is nothing to worry about here as it is as advertised. No surprises. Will return. "

"I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals over the years that fell short of expectations. Not this one! This rental was without a doubt the cleanest room I’ve ever rented. Tina and Randall were very welcoming upon my arrival and made me feel at home. Everything about the rental was wonderful. It worked great for what I was in the area to do. Had great conversations with my hosts and was offered many tips on great places to dine. I feel I’ve made some new friends! Highly recommend. No disappointments!"

"We had a wonderful stay! So much was included in this booking. There are two kayaks to use as it is located right on a river. An outdoor grill. " The house was perfect for our family. I loved sitting on the deck and listening to the fish jump in the river. Super quiet street - just the escape we needed - yet close to everything. We enjoyed the kayaks and the large yard. We had trouble with the front door keypad but Phil was super apologetic and took care of it immediately. We would definitely stay here again! "
