"It was absolutely wonderful- very clean and welcoming and the bed was really comfortable. Also the scent of the toiletries was beautiful. The only issue was that when I phoned about where to park, I was put through to a central office and not the hotel - so although I was told the right car park, I paid upfront online, as I was not told about the hotel code that essentially made it half price. Not the hotel’s fault just the central call office 😊"

"Polite helpful staff, especially in the breakfast room which was very busy on the Sunday morning. Room facilities were very good. Hotel needs to get the 2nd lift in the foyer fixed. Accept need time but guest in lift had stayed 3 months ago & it wasn't working then. All in all nice location & hotel"

"Hotel close to centre, room was small but nice and bathroom was clean. Car park close by is expensive for a day £17 for 24hours. Would stay again but park elsewhere"

"It was convenient for a 1 night stay but I was unhappy with the fact that parking is advertised but when your info comes through there is only LIMITED parking available! When I requested to book in advance that was not possible! I feel the original information about the hotel should highlight the fact there are only limited spaces "

"It was well placed for walking into city centre. Restaurant was only average. It was annoying to have to pay £10 to use pool as on the first day, we only had time for a 40 minute stay in the pool area. Staff were all lovely. "
