Owner stated that after 10 pm it was expected that guests be respectful-no noise. Immaculate clean and neat, no clutter. Adequate sheets, towels, kitchen items, board games, state of art TV. "This is our 3rd stay at a property owned by Nah, and we cannot say enough good things - her communication was excellent as always, and the home was very nicely stocked with all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. The home is a new build, and very nice, roomy and comfortable. The location is also very central which makes it easy to get around Lafayette. We will definitely be back! "

"Charming old house with lots of potentials! Beautiful wooden floors and 15 foot ceilings. Several areas of the house need attention such as cabinets doors coming off, etc. Kitchen needs a microwave! Shower and king bed were amazing. Neighborhood is in downtown, older part of town, but was quiet after hours even with street traffic. Back and front yard need attention with clean up, long grass and other trash in back yard. Price was good for the area."

"This property is a gem! The home was perfect for our family. Very clean in a nice quiet neighborhood! Really enjoyed taking a walk after eating at some of the wonderful restaurants in Lafayette.The backyard yard was great for the grandkids and dog to run around. Would definitely recommend this property and hopefully we will stay here again soon!"
