"Booked 3 night stay, arrived to a property that looks to be in disrepair. Rubbish in the garden and overgrown. Opened the door to the accommodation and was immediately floored by the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. 10mins of being inside the property my clothes stank of cigarettes. The property details clearly show ‘smoke free’ Whilst looking around I noticed what appears to be human ‘snot’ wiped up the wall under the TV. "We were extremely happy with our stay. The area is lovely and friendly. The property was spotless, cosy and welcoming. Many facilities supplied as extra too. Will definitely return."

"We received no communication from the owner of how to access the property. We were standing outside and had to contact VRBO support. The house is in an awful area, the garden hasn't been mown in years and there is trash around the property. We were only provided with two towels for a family and they said that was all we needed. I will never use VRBO again as they don't care about their customers experience."

Check out time is 9am so if we were to return, I think it would have to be for a minimum of two nights as 9am is pretty early so we didn’t even have time for breakfast before we had to clean up and check out. Considering the price and the small space, I think a complimentary addition of bits in the fridge would be good.
