"Beautiful place, beds very comfortable, our room was lovely. I booked in a hurry after a very long journey with a young baby and manager kindly made an exception as a one off which we were extremely grateful as didn’t know this wasn’t allowed. Breakfast was lovely and the young man serving was kind and attentive. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Super."

"Was a unique experience. No reception. No bar. No Dining Room. No on site parking. Communication was excellent with door code and security keys and mobile number in case of emergencies. The house was very welcoming with a Christmas tree and carols being played and as the house has a "no shoes" policy it would have been more convenient to have a dedicated area for changing footwear rather than the very tiny lobby area. "The guest house was ckean and comfortable. I had to press codes to get into the hotek. And another code to accesz my room. All went well.i was pleased with everything. My only concern was the niose of others climbing the stairs. There was no noise during the night and i slept well"

"Friendly and amazing staff. I was able to check in early for a wedding I was attending. The location is great (very, VERY close to North Laine which is great for shopping and food/drinks). Room was clean, had air con and the bed was comfy!"

"Didn’t know what to expect however on arrival we were given a free upgrade to a 4 poster room, the original wood work and the 4 poster itself was nice, the host came out to greet us and carry my bags he was very warm and welcoming he had a wonderful aura about him. The room was spacious, and subtly decorated can’t go wrong with white, it’s originally was quaint and peaceful. It was quiet even though your are only a few minutes from Gatwick, only thing I say is bring a torch if you want to go...
