"It was very difficult to communicate with the staff. We had to call a number and they had a 4 hr turnaround window to connect with the staff. Sometimes they were not able to communicate with the staff for 24hrs. They did mot provide clean comforter after we requested. The instructions for the laundry, trash dump etc were not clear. The manager was rude and used foul language while talking to us. Unacceptable."

"The location made it easy to catch a train to everywhere we needed to go in London with a very short walk. That was very convenient. The apartment fit our family of four well and had everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable stay. Grocery stores are close by, which we used to buy what we needed for breakfasts to cook at the apartment, saving us some money. Great communication from the hosts as well. "
