Everybody that we communicated with was very nice and courteous. They were also attentive. We had one small discrepancy, but we called up to the front office to security, and it was fixed immediately no more than 5 minutes. "The cabin was very nice but I expected the sitting room to be separate from the bedroom. If you have mobility issues, you may have difficulty. There are a lot of stairs, the cabin leans slightly, and the furniture is large. The property is well maintained and I think the care taker might live on the premises or nearby."

"Needed to be in Pilot Point for a wedding and there aren’t many hotel options in the area. This cabin was the perfect solution. Super close to Ray Roberts Lake as well, so I could check out some nice walking trails in my down time. My only critique is that all of the frying pans had non-stick coatings that were really scratched up. So, if you are planning to do your own cooking, consider bringing your own pan. "
