The whole experience revolved around access to hot water. I was late to work because there was no hot water. We didn’t know at that time that hot water was timed to switch off at 6:30 and if one person had a shower, then others cannot. "Swallow Cottage is in a great location for exploring Cumbria and Northumberland. We had a lovely stay in a comfortable and very clean cottage. The owner was fabulous when we had a small issue and responded straight away. We'd definitely stay here again"
