" I believe I was the only guest while I was there. Right now, Saratoga Lake is way off season. There were a few things that needed to be done. For example, there was no heat to the room. Once I let them know, there was plenty of heat. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I couldn't have asked for nicer staff. "

"Had no shampoo in the room - went to front desk at 10pm - clerk said they are out and waiting on a shipment. Checked out in the AM - clerk asked how our stay was - told her about no shampoo - she said no they have shampoo and the clerk last night should have had plenty to give - W/E Place needs a major upgrade...... "We were looking for a place that the two of us and our pup could go and getaway for Christmas, but with a hot tub. We weren't disappointed. It was everything that was pictured and more. Would we go again? Yes! We are hoping to make it an annual pilgrimage."
