"The property was lovely. Wasn’t keen on check in, no clear indication on where to go / what to do and was standing around puzzled with no staff in sight for a brief time. Bed and pillows was very uncomfy. Black marks on pillow case and dog biscuits on bedroom floor. "

"The property was fantastic. We really enjoyed the little touches like a bed for our dog and poo bags and bowls left for him and the kitchen was well equipped and towels included. My only two slight criticisms were that the babies cot that we asked for wasn’t very secure at the bottom (it felt like it had a piece missing so it’s sun at one side) and it was very difficult to find somewhere to check in.
