"Comfortable rooms. The bed was slightly uncomfortable but not awful. The staff was friendly and polite. The food in their dinner restaurant was very good. I had the goat pie and it was delicious. Breakfast was very good and the wait staff was super helpful. Would absolutely stay again. "

We did ask on the second morning if we could all eat breakfast in the conservatory area and were told no we had to sit at our allocated tables, this did seem a bit strange but it did not detract from our enjoyment . "Loved the villa, 3 negatives, the villa could do with some vacuuming, dog hair everywhere, there’s not enough cooking pot and pans( a small frying pan and small pot) and check in at 5pm(too late!)."

"We have stayed at the Craiglynne several times, for us as an outdoorsy family it is an ideal blend of value, comfort and location. Some of the rooms may be a little tired, but they are large, clean, and facilities are good - it really works for us that they are dog friendly too. The staff are lovely and always happy to help make our stays, and part of the reason we keep going back. There is a lovely woodland area literally just opposite the hotel which is great for walking, particularly having some shelter if the weather turns inclement. Looking forward to our next stay already!!"
