Lovely and cosy, but also offering a games room which was a big hit with the little ones! "Great house for a family gathering at Christmas time - hot tub was fantastic and plenty space for 12 of us plus a little dog. Conservatory could be a little cold for winter but fortunately weather was mild and we were able to use both dining table for Christmas dinner. Location is excellent - shops; loch morlich, ice skating etc. Would highly recommend. The hosts were brilliant and happy to answer any queries. The hamper & Christmas decorations were a lovely bonus! "

"Week rental with family and friends, all over 60. Kitchen great. Good showers! Nice grounds. Lots of sitting rooms but we stuck with one nearest kitchen- furniture a bit old with collapsed pillows and some scary kitchen chairs (tried to find some glue to fix). "

"This property is in a great location and has beautiful views. Everything is provided for what you need for a stay with plenty of space. Owners are very friendly and easy to contact. Beautiful home was even decorated woth Christmas decorations to help ua celebrate.I would certainly recommend staying."

"Just back from 4 days at Zippity-Do-Da house. The house was spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly want. Very comfortable and warm and cosy. We visited the Highland zoo and had a great afternoon on the Steam railway trip in Aviemore. Visited Loch Morlich which was absolutely beautiful and our two Labradors had a great time swimming and walking round the Loch. The house has an amazing drying room which was a great help when we had wet clothes and we all enjoyed the hot tub especially...

"Very impressive house. So much space, very comfortable, loved the different seating areas and we enjoyed our brunches at the big kitchen table. There were 9 of us celebrating an 80th birthday and the house was perfect for us. Very good value for money also!"
