"This house was perfect for our group of nine friends on a winter climbing holiday. It was warm, very comfortable and was probably the best-equipped house I've ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cater for our large (and hungry) group, including a very good coffee machine and plenty of large pans and roasting trays. It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 10 min walk into aviemore and 12 min drive to landmark adventure forest. We had hired cars which was just as well as there was no way our own cars could have coped with the terrain and the snowy weather. "Just back from 4 days at Zippity-Do-Da house. The house was spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly want. Very comfortable and warm and cosy. We visited the Highland zoo and had a great afternoon on the Steam railway trip in Aviemore. Visited Loch Morlich which was absolutely beautiful and our two Labradors had a great time swimming and walking round the Loch. The house has an amazing drying room which was a great help when we had wet clothes and we all enjoyed the hot tub especially...

"Week rental with family and friends, all over 60. Kitchen great. Good showers! Nice grounds. Lots of sitting rooms but we stuck with one nearest kitchen- furniture a bit old with collapsed pillows and some scary kitchen chairs (tried to find some glue to fix). "
