"This property has excellent reviews but I just couldn't give it 5 stars. The radiator in our room didn't work so it was cold when we got there. The cleaning staff were cleaning other rooms and had turned off all the heating on the floors while they worked. After several trips to the bar/reception to try to get the heating in our room going it wasn't resolved so we used a little fan heater. "Fantastic. We stayed at the Highlands Suites 2 years ago and that was great but this was better. Amazing location, easy to find and navigate. Clean, well appointed and spacious for our family of 5. Grocery Shopping at M&S is always an adventure, restaurants on the river are easily walkable and Main Street shopping is right outside the door. Parking is offsite at the Eastgate Ctr but worked fine. Much less Agro than on premises parking at Highlands Suites. Excellent, Excellent… highly recommend. "
