"We were two couples traveling to explore wine country with a hired driver.This place is super cute and well appointed with items needed if you were staying in and cooking meals.Kitchen chairs are an accident waiting to happen with a collapse of a chair. We are smaller adult women and were afraid to sit on them for fear of breaking them.Heat distribution of thermostat and even heat in rooms was a slight issue also."

"We had a fantastic stay in Napa. Tom was very helpful giving recommendations for restaurants in the area and even left us farm fresh eggs to enjoy during our stay. The location was perfect for us to explore downtown Napa, wine country and San Francisco. An absolute gem in this area. We would absolutely stay again!"

"This is a small cottage behind the main house in my favorite Berkeley neighborhood (walk to the movie theater, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery store). I liked the radiant heating and warm floor in the winter, comfortable bed with great linens, and lots of light yet private. It's no longer new, and some of the furnishing is showing its age, but I found the place very comfortable. Parking in the driveway was great, as parking can be tight in this area. Patty was an excellent host."

It's a small space but very cozy and has all the essentials. Georgina is also the kindest host, easy to communicate with, and made me feel very well cared for during my stay.
