"A little disappointing considering the previous reviews. Location & parking were good. The suite felt haphazardly planned. There was a bedside table but no outlet available even close to it. None of the lamps worked (there was overhead lighting as well), laundry machines but no detergent to use. A dishwasher but no soap to use in it, same for kitchen cleaner. "Came down for a weekend trip to Cincy and this place was in the perfect location. We were within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife and the free city street car. Tons of parking in the area in addition to the garage recommended. Only down side was the AC in the unit was weak, we had it set to 68 but it only ever got down to 74 (it's also late June so might not be an issue at other times). Our friends in the building had the same issue. Overall great stay for the price, would stay here...

"The only down side of the place is how loud the A/C unit was. You should put some non-skid stuff on the bathroom carpet in front of the bathroom sink. We had a guy that turned 82 while we were there, and when he leaned his backside against the sink, the carpet slid out from under him. He cut his arm on the vanity going down. Everything else was excellent. Very convenient to a variety of eating places. "

"I had a business trip and needed a home base for a few days. This place was perfect. It was well located for driving to Louisville and Columbus. The amenities were good, with everything that you needed. The bed was comfortable, the TV was good, and the vibe with the open brick was lovely. Parking is street parking, so just be sure to note street cleaning, but otherwise, it was easy to park within 100 feet of the door. "The place was as advertised. Two issues. First, the place hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. It was resolved quickly so really not a big deal. I did get reimbursed $75 though. Second, the WIFI was essentially useless. We had to work off of iPhone hot spots. Fortunately we were not around much and this is why I didn't escalate at the time. "
