"The rooms were clean but in one of our rooms the tv didn’t work. Front desk sent IT up while we were out. IT told them they fixed it but they did not. When we told them it still wasn’t working they said maintenance would probably choose not to come look at it again, which they didn’t. They did offer to move the room but we had two and the only one they could move us to was the other end of the hotel which didn’t work for our family. "The Midnight Rose Hotel was very nice. The people were so nice everywhere! Our room was so comfortable and clean. The restuarant is top notch. Awesome food. We enjoyed walking around and also touring the museums and learning the history of the town. "
