"When we arrived and went to reception to check it the lady was very welcoming and professional and friendly she explained about the lodge and what was available and gave us the keys to our lodge when to the lodge it was absolutely stunning very clean fresh and perfect the hot tib was maintained each morning and all staff were availbale if we needed anything this place is the best lodge we have stayed in 100% recommended "

"We stayed here for two nights and felt cosy even in the storm which started the night we checked in. I was bit concerned for the heating and facilities for it being a one room lodge with what seems not the most cold resistant insulation around windows and doors. "Host, Will is fantastic, great communication. He left some coffee and milk for us as well as a bar of chocolate. The lodge is clean and tidy and everything is great with it. If you stay check out the DVD collection it is legendary. Also, there is Nintendo Wii in the lodge which is great for kids great fun. We will be back for sure, if the lodge is availible. "Our room had a slanting ceiling so you had to be careful and only 1 light so part of the room was too dark. Had a table but only 1 chair for the 2 of us. The price was good though. "

"We stayed in The Barn for a couple of nights, a wonderful house , very comfortable, plenty of space. It was a little cold, and did take a while to heat up after we turned the heat on. One thing to note, there are no instructions on how to use the beautiful Falcon stove. Maybe a simple sign in the kitchen , with the basic instructions please, for those like us who have no experience with this type of stove."

"To start with the positive, the staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and the view is amazing. The property is well outdated and run down (1980s). The outdoor hallway is a desaster area. There are no restaurants, coffees, shops etc. open in the evening which would typically be the arrival time The hotel next door is the most unfriendly place I have ever come across..... they do not serve Highland Club Residents and therefore there is nothing you can get to eat within 45!...

"We had a very relaxing few days here. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the check in process was completed quickly. We stayed in a two bedroom cottage, the accommodation was very spacious but still had a nice cozy feel to it. The on site restaurant served excellent food with a lovely atmosphere, just remember to book early as it was fully booked each night we were there. We will definitely be back."
