"The property is spectacularly situated, but is somewhat difficult to find, one has to cross the neighbours’ ground to approach. The appartment was reasonably tidy, but the furniture needs refurbishment. The lower compartiment is used for storage of garden equipment and is severely smelling (fuel damps of the grassmower) and can therefore not be used as a sleeping facility. Wir haben alle Infos zum Haus selbst als auch für Aktivitäten in der Nähe bekommen. Besonders cool: eine Google Maps Karte mit eingezeichneten Parkplätzen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitaktivitäten. "Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Das Haus liegt abseits von allem in einem kleinen Ort in den Bergen. Man gelangt nur zu Fuß über einen kleinen, etwas steileren Bergstieg dorthin, so dass Rucksack statt Koffer benutzt werden sollten. Aber der Aufstieg lohnt sich -> das Haus ist super sauber und schön und hat alles, was man braucht. Ich war mit meinen drei Kindern Dortmund es war. Super!"

Allerdings führt unten die Durchgangsstraße entlang, wodurch man auch etwas den Verkehr hört. Die Zufahrt von der Straße zum Haus ist ziemlich steil, aber sehr gut gepflaster und breit genug, so dass man es mit etwas Schwung problemlos hinauf schafft. "With 8 adult friends we had a wonderful week in april 2024. Although the fourth double room is very small for two adults. And to go outside tot the bathroom is a disadvantage.We lived mostly in the kitchen because of the very effective pelletstove. If you are aware of the long trip down and up fom the parking lot you will enjoy your stay."

"Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern. Sie liegt etwa 2 km vom Zentrum Verbania entfernt. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen super Ausblick auf die Stadt. Um in die Stadt zu kommen benötigt man ein Auto oder E-Bike, da die Wohnung an einem steilen Serbinen geführten Weg liegt. Verbania ist eine schöne italiensche Kleinstadt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen."
