"First of all, this location is excellent! We are 2 retired couples who enjoyed the sitting porch which directly overlooks the river. The apartment is spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed to make some of our meals. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood along a beautiful greenway, many eateries and the walk bridge over the river. "

"We arrived with no porch light on. There was less than a complete roll of toilet paper for a 4 night stay. The shower floor was dirty. There were no coffee cups, paper towels or kitchen towels. There was mold on a living room chair. The smoke alarm wasn’t working. The wasn’t a hair drier which was listed as an amnesty. We had to purchase a hair dryer, paper towels and toilet paper. I informed the owner when we arrive of the issues. I only received an email from the owner at the end of our stay...

"The property was just as shown. Instructions were easy to follow on how to enter and get to the apartment. If you're a light sleeper be sure to have white noise or something to have on to drown out the outside noise at night. Not sure if it happens a lot but a street party sprang up while we were there. The streets were blocked off with cars and lots of music and fun was being had until 5am. This didn't ruin our trip by any means just want people to be aware. Overall it's a great apartment...
