"Hotel was very nice, there was also a restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast was not worth the 15-20 euro charge. Hotel is in a bit of an inconvenient area outside of the city. It was a 15 min walk to closest train/metro. You do just have to watch what times they close for the evening. "

"Absolutely wonderful would recommend to everyone. Literally stone throw away from Milan central easy access to centre Pillows hard but wouldn’t stop us from going again. Staff polite helpful "

"Very beautiful property. Pretty close to the central station; close enough to walk, the luggage better have good wheels though. Did trip to Lugano/Como. Plenty of dinning options around. Metro underground right next to the hotel. Very friendly and accelerating receptionist - early check in. Housekeeping was deliver a s well. Had a wonderful stay. "

"Excellent location! However, being on the second floor makes it very noisy since you are across from Centrale! Room was nice but sink and shower were clogged on the first night! Staff were helpful and fixed it. Temperature in the room was fixed to a very high 25.5 Celsius and you could not change it! The air circulation was not that great, even on manual setting!"

"Good location to explore the city. Excellent if you arrive or leave by train. The rooms are not very spacious. The temperature in the room cannot be controlled and despite being in winter it was very hot."

"All of the staff were were friendly. Francesca at Reception was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet at the Il Cairoli Bar and Restaurant on the Ground floor provided a lot of choice and was excellent. We returned for dinner at the same restaurant and highly recommend the ossobuco risotto, veal cutlet and tiramisu. "This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. The owner was very kind and flexible with check-in times. The room is clean and has everything. Highly recommended if you are staying with your family."
