"This little house is in a brilliant and quiet location in a really nice part of Exmouth. It’s full off character (and superb art) and the rear terrace area is lovely. Everywhere in the town is within easy reach of the house and it’s a very comfortable place to spend a few days. Can’t fault it!"

"All 16 of us (6 adults, 10 kids) absolutely loved this house, as did our puppy.The house had everything we needed and the kids loved arriving to a delicious tray of rocky road.The pool (which is larger than the photos do justice) and hot tub are warm and perfect for everyone to enjoy on a cold February week in Devon.We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.. "We stayed at Saltwater over the Christmas period and was able to enjoy all that Shaldon has to offer at this time of year.Saltwater was a great property for the two of us. It is in an ideal position with its own parking (which is a must in the village), close to the centre and all the activity. It was an ideal size for us, spotlessly clean and decorated for Christmas for our arrival- which was a very nice touch.Thank you!"

"First impressions when walking in are mind your head! The downstairs bedrooms and toilet/bathrooms are very nice, the bedrooms having enough space for all of us. Upstairs is a sight to behold. The seating areas , including the pool table give a really spacious feeling to the property. When we walked in, it was Wow!!!. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for the 6 of us. "The property was very clean, quiet and peaceful I was grateful for the little extras which were added for a comfortable stay The only negative being there were no blinds or covering to the doors which made me feel very vulnerable at nights being an eighty year old female travelling alone!"

"Very pleasant converted cow barn. Dog proof patio area but all hard surface no grass. Very friendly owners always willing to assist us old folks. Steep stairs though. Beautiful local countryside to explore."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rock Pipit Lodge. The accommodation has been really tastefully decorated, has everything you need, and is very comfortable and cosy. The other great features are the art room, utility room and masses of games and puzzles on offer. The grounds are beautiful, too, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. On our first day we had a lovely walk from the top field to Lee Abbey and the bay, and it is a great base for local attractions such as Woody Bay...

"Wow, we had a 3 bedroom lodge with hot tub, and it was absolutely perfect 👌 Clean, spacious and beautiful views. Staff were very helpful, had to call as the boiler went off, they arrived promptly and fixed in 2mins. Shout out Will, great quiz and funny bingo night. Would come back in a heartbeat 💯"
