"We booked and paid for a one night stop over as we were travelling back to the USA the following day. Up until 2 hours before check-in we had still not received check-in instructions from the host? We were left stranded in Crawley, sitting in a Cafe, with tons of luggage, frantically trying to contact the host and thereafter VRBO customer service. We ended up having to find alternate accommodation at the very last minute. This host / property should be removed from the VRBO website!!"

"The property was perfect and gave me and my two children enough room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Coming from an interior designer, I can say that the space was decorated very well and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. My only comment would be that the wooden blinds, while lovely looking, don't provide blackout in the bedroom. You might want to consider some blackout curtains as both beds are right next to a window and face East so the early summer sunlight...

"With regards to the untrue description… 1. There is no fully fitted kitchen. No coffee maker, no tea pot, no flipper to flip eggs, no salt & pepper shakers, no sugar, 1 wine glass ( husband had to use tumbler), plates & bowls are not microwaveable, used mildewy sponge to wash dishes ( poured boiling water on it to disinfect). 2. No dishwasher. 3. No balcony. 4. Washer/dryer combo. Washer worked. dryer didn’t. 5. Description states KING size bed. NOPE it’s a double 6. No office. 7. No outdoor...
