Beautiful location completely spoilt by the classic/abandoned cars in the front garden making it unsafe for children and dogs. Field next door is similarly blighted. "Lovely stay at the bungalow. Three friends on a singing weekend nearby. It was very well equipped, clean and peaceful. A drainer rack for the sink would be useful and the mattresses were a little ‘tired’. Nevertheless it was great for us and we would stay there again."

There is a lovely place to sit outside with amazing views. Hay-on-Wye is literally an 8 minute drive away and lives up to its name of a bookish town. "This cottage feels like a well loved home rather than a holiday rental. We all loved it too! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us- all the rooms are spacious and full of character. A lot of thought had clearly gone into providing pretty much everything we needed. The cottage is on a quiet lane with sheep in the field next door and views of the wonderful countryside.
