"The place was a little hard to find, though not that far from Maastricht where we were attending the antique fair. The major problem was that this is in the winter and the heating was out of order. Two portable heaters were installed in the suite but one turned the electricity down when you wanted to use it. The lady we spoke to on the phone said she would come and fix it but never did. "When we arrived there was no sheets, blanket, for the third person, no bath towels for the third person, there was no soap and no toilet paper, no hairdryer. The pots were on the floor near the rubbish basket. The carpet in the dining room was dirty. The apartment is large and well located."

"We were here for a wedding and I chose the hotel for its proximity to the wedding venues (though I was a little scared that I was not reading the maps properly). We were close to the three venues but we did get a taxi to the last venue because of new shoes! The hotel was wonderful. The staff very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was very good and the breakfasts were delicious. The beds were very comfortable, and the showers were wonderful so all in all a very good choice. I also loved all the paintings throughout the hotel. Thank you for a very relaxing stay. "
