"Booked a short stay and chose Crockgarve after reading the reviews. To be honest it seemed too good to be true but I am thrilled to be proven wrong. The location and room was stunning and exactly what we needed for our stay. What really made it special was Margo. Margo could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible from the welcome drink with her and her husband to the amazing breakfasts, you are made to feel so welcome and part of the family. "From the moment we walked through that revolving door, we felt cared for. Due to a delayed flight, we were running late for a city tour. The desk staff jumped into action, a gentleman offered to park iur car and then drive us to our tour location. We dumped the luggage, changed our shirts and made it to our tour in time. The restaurant got us in for dinner earlier than our reservation and a good nights sleep followed. The mornings check out when just as well. I just cant say enough about the staffs kindness and willingness to help. "

"This is a fabulous place to stay within walking distance to the centre of Derry where you have lots of choices to dine and the bars are lively. Also lots of culture and local sites to explore. Excellent value for money with a freshly cooked breakfast. Jim is an excellent host we will definitely be staying again "
