Everything you need is there as well as the hosts are close by. My granddaughters loved the Yaks, baby donkey and Naomi the cat. Sheets, towels are comfortable. I slept downstairs on the queen bed it was comfy. My only recommendation is maybe an L shaped sectional or a couch with a chaise arm for more comfortable living room seating. We would return. "

Downstairs floor wasn’t the cleanest, our feet were black. But that wouldn’t stop us from staying again. It was about 30mins to Dayton, TN. The reason why we stayed. "The property itself is nice and the house is setup nicely. The neighbors dogs next door are very obnoxious and bark all the time. The decking used for the stairs was very slippery and my wife fell trying to take our dog out and she ended up severely spraining one ankle and breaking the other. Which made the stay and weekend unenjoyable."

The doirknob needs replaced, luckily i read the reviews before this happened to me. I was there alone, so it would have been problematic. The fireplace isn't operational, but there's nothing online stating this. My other complaint is more of an administrative one, i left the property 2 days earlier than anticipated but was never offered a refund...
