Palmars Most Stunning Large Oceanview Condo 18’ ceilings & windows. Beautiful!

Luxury ocean front condo in an upscale mid-rise building conveniently located to the Cozumel Town Center. The condo is professionally decorated and offers all the amenities of home. The artwork and amenities are amazing. The 18’ windows aggregate a full view of the pool and the ocean. Watch the cruise ships come and go daily. Truly, everyone loves this condo! It’s extra large and roomy with a sofa bed and a trundle bed besides the king bedroom and there are two full baths. The master bedroom is elevated and there is a picture window to the ocean view. The kitchen has all American appliances and everything you need to get you started on your vacation if you wish to eat in. Coffee, creamer, tea, salt, pepper, oil spices and more including coffeemaker, toaster, blender, even a garlic press.
There is dining, snorkeling and other water sport activities and shopping within walking distance.
On-site workout facility, tennis, pool and heated whirlpool. Water sport rentals, day spa, jeep and scooter rentals are near by, References can be provided. The condo features TV, with American channels and Netflix, high speed Internet, 24 hour security, and free secure parking. The building is accessible and has 2 elevators.
The unit is managed by Chris and Victoria, Americans who have lived in Cozumel for 10 wonderful years, 8 of them in Palmar. We are here to help you with all your needs. Chef services are available upon request.

We do deep cleaning and provide maid service once a week during your stay. We proudly say that our housekeeper Martina is a professional worker.

Martina cleans only ONE condo per day in order to decrease contact among building guests. We will do our best to leave a day between guests whenever possible.

If we have guests arriving your check-out day we will kindly ask you to adhere to our check-out time at 10:30 am, otherwise you will be welcome to leave at 12:00 pm. In case you need to stay longer let us know, we charge a fee for a late check-out.

For your safety we are leaving spay disinfectant and disinfectant gel in each condo for your personal use during your stay.

We love to pamper our guest so we prepare the condo with a bottle of water and beer per guest, plus a basket with some snacks and a bottle of wine, in this way they can star to enjoy the condo as soon as they arrive.

We have two cars in great condition with air conditioning for rent. Both are standard transmissions for $45 a day with insurance included. They’re in much better condition than most car rentals. Contact us for availability and payment methods.

Our regular check-out time is at 10:30 am, we kindly ask to all our guests to adhere to our check-out time when we have guests arriving the same day. Otherwise you are welcome to leave the condo at 12:00 pm with no charge. Please confirm for availability.
In case that you would like to stay longer, we charge a fee for $10 dollars per hour.

Beautiful condo in a great location.
This is a great condo outside of the downtown area but close to fabulous restaurants and beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is well stocked and the hosts are great to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing spot in Cozumel
This place felt like a home away from home and was extraordinary. We’d love to watch the ships come in and go out. This unit had everything you could ask for and more and the host were awesome at communication. We would love to come back for a relaxing holiday

The condo was beautiful, clean, and stocked with amenities. It had everything we needed- we especially appreciated the number of towels provided and all of the kitchenware for cooking, they even have a grill and a place on the balcony to wash your dive gear. The view was stunning and the pool was a great place to relax. Loved everything about this place!

Excellent luxury condo, great location!
This condo is just as beautiful as the pictures, and made for a great stay in Cozumel. We were within walking distance to many little bars/restaurants, and a short cab ride (or if you care to walk a mile or so) to shopping/others bars and restaurants. The owners are exceptional and very helpful if you have any questions. Loved everything thing about this condo and plan to return!

Just as it is in the pictures! Perfect
The condo is perfect and in a great location. We spent a long weekend fishing and diving and this property had every amenity we needed. The snack basket upon arrival made us feel welcome and the nicely appointed kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts and lunches at home. The wi-fi and long list of movie channels were great and the location couldn't have been better.

Our stay was so awesome that we have already made reservations for 2018.
Our condo was perfect in every way. It was extremely clean, very quiet, updated and comfortable furniture, and the mattress was wonderful. We loved having 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and the huge outdoor patio. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was clean, warm, and awesome, and the other guests were all respectful and friendly. We were glad to be able to meet Elizabeth and Matt who were excellent with communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. We have already reserved 10 nights for next February 2018.

Loved it! As nice as, if not better than the pics.
From 1st contact Elizabeth was very helpful. She answered my questions quickly and honestly and also provided advice for our trip. The condo was amazingly clean and well equipped. We couldn't have asked for more. When we return to Cozumel we will definitely try for one of Elizabeth and Matt's properties. We will also tell our friends about Cozumel and how friendly and fun it is to visit. Thanks again Elizabeth.

Everything was PERFECT!
This is our 2nd year for staying at Matt and Elizabeth's beautiful condo. We love the location, the clean and modern accommodations, the large pool with plenty of tables with umbrellas for shade, and the closeness to several beachfront restaurant/bars. They supply plenty of towels as well as beach towels and about anything you could need. We would usually walk to town once or twice a day and if it was too hot to walk, a taxi ride home is around $5 US dollars (and are always plentiful). Jose with taxi #382 is awesome!

This condo in Cozumel is all one could hope for. It is STUNNING! The views are fantastic and the amenities are above and beyond. For this Midwest couple it was heaven, sitting on the balcony, sipping our morning coffee and watching the cruise ships come into Port. We found the beaches on the Eastern side of the island to our liking, as almost all of them had little or no people. If you're interested in staying in Cozumel, this is the place to visit. We loved this place, gorgeous condo with perfect location!
We just returned from our vacation in Cozumel. The condo exceeded our expectations, very clean, it's like brand new. You have a view of the water and can watch the cruise ships come and go everyday. The location was perfect for us, just across the street from a snorkeling area and there are many restaurants/bars nearby. We are glad we rented a car, although there are a lot of things to do within walking distance, driving around the island exploring was enjoyable and a favorite part of our trip. Matt and Elizabeth were always available and extremely helpful throughout the week. We will be back to Cozumel and will stay here again. Wish we didn't have to leave! Thank you Matt and Elizabeth for everything.

Cozumel JEWEL!
This was our first trip to Cozumel. We stayed 8 nights. My husband's favorite part of our vacation was this condo. I can't say enough about this property or the owners. (I travel with my oldest daughter quite a bit and we've rented a number of VRBO properties over the years. This is my favorite place to stay so far.) It's EXACTLY as it appears in the picures and is meticulously clean and equipped. The patio area is huge and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset with a glass of wine. You're within walking distance of a host of restaurants and activities. We walked to downtown and the Mega Supermarket a number of times. The pool area is huge and amazing. There's no sand to get tracked into everything - We loved it! Matt and Elizabeth live onsite. They're super people and were awesome hosts. NOT TO BE MISSED is dinner at Guido's - it was hands down, the best meal we had on the island. I'm not sure when I'll make it back to Cozumel, but I do know where I'll be staying :-)

EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS
My wife and I stayed at this condo for the month of Jan. 2017, our first visit.. We have just one reservation as to why we are reluctant in writing this review, more on that later ! We find it pretty hard "add to" what has already been said, over and over about this this condo and it's owners ! To say that Matt and Elizabeth are Wonderful, personable and caring people is an understatement ! To say that this 1- bedroom 2- bath condo was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed, OK another understatement ! The huge pool and property grounds are constantly being kept up to a 10 out of 10 ! Would we return, well here falls that "reluctance thingy" we mentioned in the beginning ! With the continuous flow of these 5- star ratings, including ours, it's only going to make it harder to make future reservations, LOL ! Ok just kidding, YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE !!
